• I agree to play 100 holes of golf for the cause
• I agree to have fun and enjoy a great day of golf
• I agree to set an example with a $100 contribution
• I agree to play my golf during the dates identified for this event
• I agree to register on our website and set up my own personal fundraising page
• I agree to upload a .jpg picture of myself for use on this website
• I agree to email everyone in my address book with a friendly message letting them know what    I am doing, including a link to my personal web page. 
• I agree to post to my social media page with a friendly message(s) letting my friends know what I am doing, including a link to my personal web page. 
• I agree to thank all my supporters within one week of the event
• I agree to set a goal of raising a minimum of $20 per hole ($2,000) in pledges and do all that I can to try and reach that goal through my personal sphere of influence. 
• I agree to recruit one new person to participate next year

I realize that I am representing the First Tee Phoenix, their charities and programs and all my sponsors while engaged in this fundraiser. I will conduct myself in a manner that would represent The First Tee of Phoenix in a positive way following the 9 Core Values that are taught on a daily basis to our members. In the event that I cannot fulfill my obligations of 100 holes, I will inform the First Tee Phoenix staff immediately so that accommodations can be made.
